Returns will be accepted only if certain conditions are met.
You must contact us to initiate the process.
The item was not what was described or pictured. (Damage during or from shipping process and companies is not eligible for returns. That would be a insurance claim with/through the shipping provider.)
The item must have been bought and shipped within Seven (7) calendar days of you requesting returns. Possible Shipping times or delays does not alter this requirement.
Pictures detailing the issue/claim will be required. Not only to support your claim, but to be able to confirm when package shows up at the facility if any additional damage was because of shipping companies on the return trip.
You will pay for the shipping/return cost and label.
Refund will be issued if the item is returned and received in the same condition it was sent at 100% the original cost. This would include the original item price/negotiated price, along with the sales tax and original shipping fees. The return shipping label/fee would not be part of this refund unless we determined the issue was our fault.
If item is returned in any condition other then when it left our facility, refund could be delayed or lowered based off the returned condition.
If item is returned in same condition that it left our facility, and the above criteria is met, a full refund will be initiated immediately via the same method payment was received.
